 The Posterior Element AFO provides unique features and options for maximum comfort and stability. It comes standard with a custom molded UCBL footplate which holds the heel in a corrected position while stabilizing the arch. It also includes a custom molded pretibial shell which can be used to provide a mild ground reaction force. This lightweight design provides the dynamic motion needed for a normal gait pattern.
