Uses a physical cast or 3D can to build a highly precise AFO or KAFO – ideal for addressing unique anatomical features or when support is needed above the knee.
Frequently Asked Practitioner Questions
How do I start up an account?
To start up an account, you will need to fill out a credit application and email or fax it to us. This is mandatory for all companies no matter the payment method you decide to use. It will take 1-2 business days to verify your information and enter you into our system. Once you are set up, you can start ordering!
How much does it cost?
The prices can vary depending on what type of orthosis your order. If you need a cost estimate, please fill out the appropriate order form and email it to us so we can send you back a quote. Cost estimates are valid for 60 days.
How long does it take to manufacture an orthosis?
Prefabricated AFOs typically ship the same day as long as the order is received before 3:00pm EST. On the rare occasion the item is backordered, it will ship within 3 business days. Custom from Measurement Noodles take 3-5 business days. Custom to cast or scan Noodle or Nano AFOs take 2-3 weeks. More comprehensive custom AFOs take 3-4 weeks. KOs and KAFOs take 4-5 weeks.

Can I return an Orthosis if it does not work out?
You can return an Orthosis as long as it falls under our warranty guidelines. Please note that it may be subject to restocking or material fees, especially if it is custom. Please call or email with the return information so we can give you a Return Authorization number and work with you to decide if a remake or replacement device is needed.
